Entretien
The interview process began by applying online then they sent a follow up email. Over email we set up a time to have a phone call. The phone ends either ends with a one on one interview or maybe a follow up call. Then is the first round of one on one interview and some more after that.
The recruiter was super friendly and encouraging. She was always on time and checking in with me consistently throughout the interview process. The interview questions were standard, nothing out of the blue.

Interview is purely conversation based. They won’t ask situational questions or for you to sell them something. It is all determined on if they like your personality and deem you to fit the company culture

Entretien
Was very disorganized process. All interviewers who I met with virtually were pleasant. I was scheduled to meet with the manager in person, but the manager was not there that day so two account executives interviewed me. One of the interviewers was unprofessional and rude, one was friendly and enjoyable to talk to. There were lots of red flags that arose during the in person interview. If I had gotten an offer I would have declined.
