Entretien
I was interviewed at my college. First there was a pre-placement talk in which they said that maybe their job is from 6 pm-4 am but still they are not call center.
Then we had to go for our online test. The test was really easy. You can practice the questions from Indiabix. Out of 700+ students, about 250 qualified the first round.
Then there was Group discussion in the second round. They were looking for those candidates who can speak clear, crisp and to the point. Only 43 students were shortlisted for the PI round. Luckily I was one of them.
The PI round was very easy. Only basic questions were asked from the students.
So I applied off campus and it starts with a basic aptitude test followed by an Interview with a Collabera manager and if you are through ends with a HR call telling about your CTc and benefits (that's what when I applied)

You have to fill out a form. It has various questions about you. The interview process has a single round. The panel consists of two interviewers. They are friendly. The overall process is nice.

It was average interview. They explain very nicely all the procedure of technical recruiter . What is the of technical recruiter etc. It was easy interview . After I interview they told me about manager interview.
