Phone screening and then interview with hiring manager and team for both technical and behavioral base questions. The process os pretty simple and quick and got an offer within 2 weeks of first phone screening.
I had a highly disappointing experience with a recruiter from Collabera. The initial reach out was rushed; they scheduled a call via my CV email for just an hour later. They even messaged me specifically to "make sure I join" the call, implying my punctuality was a priority.
I prepared and joined on time, but the recruiter never showed up.
I followed up via both LinkedIn and email to see if there was a scheduling conflict, but I was completely ghosted. To be pressured into a call only for the recruiter to ignore it, and then ignore my follow-up is incredibly rude and inconsiderate of a candidate's time and emotional energy. This experience reflects very poorly on Collabera’s internal standards and their respect for the people they are trying to recruit.
The interviewer is very nice and helpful by giving the info about the job and able to answer all the questions that relates to the job.
