The recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. Then the recruiter set up a 30 minutes phone call and then immediately set up an in-person interview. Upon entering you could tell it was a new office space. I found that the interview asked few questions often had to ask him questions to fill the empty silence.

the interview process started with one phone call with the corporate recruiter who was really nice and helpful. Then an interview with the manager of the location you applied. If you make it past this round then you have two more interviews with the regional hiring manager and another with the same manager from before.

Very casual and conversational! It was a 2 on 1 interview and both interviewers made me feel very comfortable. Both were very easy to talk to and made the process a lot less nerve wracking!
