Drawn-out, rude, and thoughtless interview process with consisted of an hr contact to setup phone screen with the actual hiring manager with a 2 week gap in between which was not too bad, then proceed to a MONTH long gap before communication about next steps to video interview with another district manager. I then waited 3 weeks before being notified that the next round is a practical assignment. The assignment is not trivial and required paid rights to the system. I submit my assignment one month and a week after being told about it. The assignment itself is great and offers and opportunity to dive deep into Cloudflare. After all of the effort and time put into the assignment all I get are crickets for feedback. You even have to spend your own money to complete the assignment. Cloudflare didn't have the decency to give any feedback just a robot denial after I emailed the hiring manager inquiring about how I did.

Got contacted by recruiter and scheduled a screening call, recruiter was late and the conversation felt really rushed however she was helpful explaining the role and interview process they follow where after the interview with the hiring manager I would have a take home exercise.
She said that would send me an interview with the hiring manager but then the system didn't had any slots, eventually slots were available 3 weeks later, finally on the scheduled slot the hiring manager didn't show up for the interview.
After a few hours they sent an apology about a scheduling conflict. As I felt the company was a bit chaotic decided to stop pursuing the position.

The interview process consisted of several steps. It started with an informal conversation with the hiring manager, followed by a meeting with the lead recruiter to discuss the role and salary expectations. After that, there was a technical interview, then a panel interview where I demo'd one of their products. The final stages included a conversation with a director and then a meeting with someone from the C-suite.

Applied with a referral. I was ghosted after recruiter stage. Recruiters can take 1 second to reject and auto-send the email. I wouldn't mind if it wasnt with a referral but they should have at least some decency for their own colleagues.
