Applied online, recruiter came back and scheduled interview with the head. Head of trust and safety then cancelled less than an hour before interview on a Friday claiming to be sick, it was then rescheduled. Too many red flags, team claim to be engineers when they seem to be answering large volume of abuse tickets (support work). So don't expect any engineering experience from trust team/head, but rather you'll be focusing on answering long queue of tickets and interacting with victims. Interview questions were all easy & basic, at the end of interview, it was clear to me that I am overqualified to be in the team, and they're very passive. There was also not a single technical question that was asked related to engineering? Despite previous contact with recruiter, after following up with him, they threw back a generic decline message via system that they will not be moving forward.
