I was contacted within three days after applying. The phone interview was very much down to technical issues only. That is understandable. But it is interesting that anything else (any experience apart from the exact job tasks) counted for nothing, was taken as a kind of strange add-on. My impression was that real people have no chance here, as in many other startups. Either you Completely cut out anything not directly related to what mechanic tasks they want you to perform from your CV, or that was it for you. That's nothing to do with "focus" ... that is the result of people who only -- only -- know Internet technology, and that in the most narrow sense, as culture.
