i have to say the HR department at cintas was a joke. it was the most unorganized, unprofessional process i have ever seen. she was completely unprepared. all 4 interviews. i was then scheduled for a ride to see what the route consisted of. the trucks are junk. the truck was loaded improperly. almost every stop was wrong in material count. it was an incredible waste of time. i was called back after the ride i took, a full day of labor....(which i was not paid) and she left a message for me to call her back. i did, twice.... and never heard from them again.

Exceedingly discriminative. Very persistent about ageism, when all that should be required by law, is being 21 years or over. They also tend to intimidate you to answer questions that have nothing to do with your qualifications.

I applied for this job via indeed and shortly after received a message for an open interview.
As I’m doing the interview, the interviewer asked me my goals, then to shortly use my goals against me as why I should not work here. After getting over that hump, the interviewer then proceeded to sway me why this is a hard/bad job. It was very odd, I got the impression they want you to say “ever since I was a kid, I’ve always wanted to work for cintas”
They certainly do not want anyone with any goals or ambitious outside of what the position holds.

Detailed and hands on. There were a lot f questions asked about different scenarios that you would have possibly been in and you had to respond as they write down answers.
