Exceedingly discriminative. Very persistent about ageism, when all that should be required by law, is being 21 years or over. They also tend to intimidate you to answer questions that have nothing to do with your qualifications.

I applied for this job via indeed and shortly after received a message for an open interview. As I’m doing the interview, the interviewer asked me my goals, then to shortly use my goals against me as why I should not work here. After getting over that hump, the interviewer then proceeded to sway me why this is a hard/bad job. It was very odd, I got the impression they want you to say “ever since I was a kid, I’ve always wanted to work for cintas” They certainly do not want anyone with any goals or ambitious outside of what the position holds.
