Three interview steps - Phone screening, a virtual interview with the panel (total of 3), and a final interview with the division VP. I was given the option of having all three interviews on different days and times or all on the same day. I preferred the latter option.

Five interviews just to change mats, towels, pick up uniforms. The job is easy but not having product makes it difficult because customers will blame you and call into customer service. Customer service will send a message to the handheld device.

Very structured, felt a little bit not personal and kind of repetitive. There was multiple calls as you progress through the hiring process with very similar questions. I think they read from a script.

Are you comfortable making cold calls? ... Have you consistently met your sales goals? ... What motivates you? ... How did you land your most successful sale? ... How would your colleagues describe you? ... Sell me this pen. ... What are your long-term career goals?

Call with recruiter was over engulfed and out right unprofessional. The recruiter tried to pad the job without explaining who the customer is from the start. Then they insulted my intelligence

Lengthy, multiple steps, multiple phone interviews, multiple in person interviews, one on one, panel with GM. Training on route once you're hired, on route, paired up to help other routes, lengthy paper exam, oral exam, and roleplay exam.

The Interview was ok. They want to see if your able to door knock and cold call. Onboarding process was a nightmare. This company moves slow and it turned me off.

Sent in my application yesterday and start today. She asked about my previous employers, and my position there. My likes and dislikes in a job. Overall it was like talking to someone I’ve already knew
