Entretien
A company who doesn't have ethics, doesn't value the candidate's time & doesn't have enough money to pay but the interview level will be at par with FAANG level. Don't waste your precious time especially during Covid in their interviews as the end result will be nothing. They just have yearly targets to take the interviews to mention in their yearly goals hence they are taking the interviews.
Even after 3 technical rounds they were not satisfied and told me there would be another technical round which never happened.
They will give you some POC where the requirement is not quite clear and instead of stating the requirement they will first tell you to assume the things which lacks clarity. But while assessing the POC they will suddenly present new requirements which was not mentioned earlier.
After investing 6-7 working hours (Mon - Fri) in the interview process they simply ghost the candidate & if you call the HR she will simply say if you didn't receive a call simply assume you are not shortlisted.
The 2nd round was supposed to be 30 mins to 1 hr round but the interviewer will keep stretching it as if there's no tomorrow. For me it went on for 2 hours when I requested them to end the call. They will keep asking the theoretical questions and not the practical implementations in Angular.
Ciena is not worth investing your precious time from your working hours (Mon - Fri) in their endless interview process. They will keep you hanging in there for the sake of their ratings (confirmed from an internal employee).
