The number of services covered by the health benefits plan is very good. The amount of coverage of the health benefits plan is not keeping up with ongoing services cost increases, so is falling behind. The change from allocated (and carried forward) to flexible time off is not good and a net loss for mid to senior employees. The employee gets the short end of the stick with flex pto. The Christmas company shutdown is very good.

The Benefits team is constantly looking ways to improve rather than some companies that are always trying to save on costs
