Phone screening interview with quite standard questions about professional background and experiences.
In spite of the fact the HR manager promised to provide a feedback in any case (positive or negative) she never did. I think it's disrespectful towards candidates. And actually not very smart - you candidates can become employees of your customers. Imagine, what perception they will have about the company that even don't bother itself to provide a feedback.
I sent email asking about the results of interview and all I got after that request was an automatic email with regrets. Not even personalized. Not advanced approach for such a big company.
