The position that I am interviewing for is Hardware Engineer Co-op. The process took about a week. After I applied for this position, the HR scheduled the interview with me though a telephone with some interview questions such as "Why do you want to work at Ciena?" The actual interview starts 4 days later with the Hiring managers. It was a phone interview. There are lots of behavior questions and some technical questions.

Entretien
I recently went through a three-round interview process. The first round was a prescreening by HR, followed by a Zoom interview with two managers, and the final round was onsite with the team members, where I had to give a small presentation.
The managers were very friendly and they even gave me an office tour, which was very interesting. The process was so smooth . Unfortunately, I did not get the job, but it was a nice experience overall.
