Hiring and interview was over the phone and was so easy and professional .The Human Resource personnel was very kind and helpful with the interview explained all rules and etc, Human Resource was outstanding.

Easy and conversational. They wanted to know why I would like to work there and my customer and about what experience in customer service I had previously. The interviewer was very friendly. I had one brief phone interview and then an in person interview with my future manager.
