    Avantages

    Anything positive about this company are only the few high rated reviews which they submit themselves in an attempt to improve their score.

    Inconvénients

    Everything that could go wrong in a job, certainly did unfortunately. Humiliation, disrespect, gossip, laughably ill equipped leadership, low wage, no compensation for use of your car except .36 per klm AFTER you drive 30 klm per day, in a city where gas is the most expensive in N America @$5.00 per gallon, and YOU DONT GET PAID REGULARLY and they’ll blame you for that. A complete train wreck from the word go.

    An education from an accredited university would certainly help for a start. Follow that up with a basic customer service job at a well run company. While learning some people skills, watch how real leadership professionals do their jobs and maybe, just maybe one day you too can be a successful leader.

    hours were extremely limited and sometimes some projects were not for certain genders

    Avantages

    Not sure, you'll have to ask the CEO, and all the upper Management, and all the full time corporate office staff who get benefits. Evidently this third party marketing game is very profitable for those employees only.

    Inconvénients

    They throw the table scraps at the lowly field workers, and pay them nothing to operate their vehicles to drive around doing business for them, paying close to minimum hourly wages. IF they get paid at all!

    Maybe an education in leadership skills could help, power tripping went out with the dinosaurs. Also, it's kind of ridiculous to expect six figure quality work on starvation wages lol

    The schedule was somewhat flexible.

    Inconvénients

    Scanner crapped out all the time and I would have to start again from the beginning.

    1. It is not commission based
    2. Some events are really interesting
    3. Pays 13-14$ per hour
    4. Not too much pressure of making any sales

    Inconvénients

    Approaching the shoppers for free samples may get boring sometimes

    Avantages

    Flexible with scheduling, if you have another job.

    Inconvénients

    Low pay, no room for advancement, and rarely a raise. Worked for Crossmark for10 years, was physically no longer able to perform the heavier tasks. Asked for a reference for my 10 years of excellent performance..denied! Was told they do not give references..no acknowledgment ..just see yah. During my 10 years I was never guaranteed how many hrs per week ( difficult when at times I'd only get 10 hrs of work in a week ) BUT I had to be "available" for 40 hrs per week. Most new projects became a nightmare with mismanagement of project materials not arriving on time or not working in the actual field. Too much chaos within management, so much turn over. Was made to feel expendable, and under appreciated. They also are cheap when it comes to reimbursing you for mileage on your vehicle..really only paying for fuel on a compact car..never mind the wear and tear ..depreciation with all the kms you will put on. You provide your own computer/fax/scanner/printer...what they give you for paper and ink..barely covers depending on what printer you have. So what you are being paid doesn't really reflect what your take home pay is given all of these parameters! You are paid by the MINUTE, based on a hourly rate. They won't pay for admin time when the project requires all kinds of phone calls and emails to deal with.
