First I had an interview with HR, then I only had an over the phone interview with 3 different people. I was remote and they hardly will EVER pay for you to come to an on site interview. Again, another way of the company to take the cheap route.

What is one of my weaknesses and how have I worked to overcome it?
College recruiting interview on campus. Then on site interview in Lafayette. Mostly behavioral questions were asked and technical wasn’t too difficult. Overall fast and simple process. I think the entirety of it was about 3 weeks.

Name a difficult project you worked on and how you overcame it.
One at campus and one on-site. Very functional based was a bit technical. Not a bad process and it took about one month from the call to getting an offer.
