THE Interview process takes lot of time. The questions they do not know what to ask. They favour candidates who come with cheap prices. They look out for people who can be replaced in the organization and when the opportunity comes in terms of the availability of resources at substatnitally lower prices, they take them

They started with a typical phone screen with a recruiter before a technical and behavioral interview with higher ups. Technical interview includes some whiteboarding with pseudocode. (Share your screen and solve increasingly difficult coding problems)

most questions were based on projects you need to be very clear about your projects. They mainly focus on your technical skills and communication skills you need to prepare well.

Straight forward and what you might expect. There were several people involved to include the hiring manager, current database administrator and supervisor. It lasted about 30 minutes with about 10 minutes discussing benefits.

The application process was really poor with no structure, they do not give any feedbacks if they are not moving your application forward. Contacting them by email and a getting reply back takes a very long time.

Pretty easy and straightforward. One technical round by an engineer from the team. Quick offer by the recruiter as well. No algorithms or data structures questions asked at all. Could be followed by a cluent round as well.

Phone screen with behavioral questions, in person (mine was zoom) half behavioral half technical. No coding challenge as far as I got at least but make sure if you have skills on your resume you really know them

Il y'a trois entretiens. Le premier avec une personne chez CGI et les deux autres plus techniques avec des membres du client final. Pour les entretiens techniques les questions sont directement liées au poste pour le quel le client recrutait. Il y'a aussi eu un test de réflexion sur la plateforme de CGI.

It was technical interview and they asked about projects done and what technologies used, applicants are shortlisted through aptitude test for tech interview round and after tech interview it will be HR.

The process was relatively easy and smooth - exams though was pen & paper and some essay also to see how to explain a finance report. Overall it was not a bad experience and I appreciate that I was updated about the status and schedule for interviews a day in advance.
