Entretien
The process was a little broken, but that happens on occasion. Several phone interviews over a few weeks with questions relating to business and industry knowledge. In-person interview was laid out in a typical fashion with the meeting of multiple people in the leadership. Went well, despite being provided the wrong location by the recruiter.
The interview process was a really positive experience. The interviewers were approachable, the process was transparent, and the conversations felt genuine. I felt comfortable throughout and appreciated the way the team engaged with me.
It’s was 2 interviews that were conducted over a few days. First interview is a phone interview and the second was a video/ virtual one. Tea was the first person
First round was a behavioral interview after meeting the recruiter at a career fair at my school. Second round was at the headquarters in Fairfax. I would coordinate with the recruiter throughout the day, but the interviews were with current employees. All the interviews were behavioral, but they asked about technical experience as wel.
