Entretien
I was interviewed in Riyadh.
First was 1:1 interview with Project Manager and second was with Operations Director and last was HR interview. All interviews are 1:1.
Initial interview seems to be the most difficult. Interview by management is quite easy and they mostly look at your attitude and approach to work. HR seems to be the easiest as its mostly formality and for right candidate negotiation is not a problem

How will you handle a situation - you are in middle of the desert and customer's critical application which is provided by our company is not working. You have contacted all possible resources at disposal - internal company resources, internet etc but none are helping to solve the problem. What will be your plan of action
