I am a niche developer with an excellent track record so the interview was more of a discussion about when I could start. Initially, I spoke with a recruiter who set up face-to-face interviews. I knew the people and project I was interviewing with so it was less of an interview and more of a meeting with old friends. I met with the team and they offered me a position on the team as a sr. developer.
