I applied online and spoke with a recruiter a week later later about my resume. Then got a phone interview with the hiring manager the following week. During the phone interview we spoke about the position and I was asked if I had any experience with certain technologies (SQL, SharePoint, etc.). Then I went on a panel interview with members of the team and the client. I was asked if I had any experience related to the job posting.
