At first it was a phone interview and then an in person interview with a section lead. I was then sent an offer. Whole process was three weeks roughly.

Straight to the point virtual interview followed by receiving a prompt to submitted a timed written case review. Although interview experience can vary based upon hiring process or if you received a referral.
It was done online and at the time, the interviewer was ultimately going to be my direct supervisor. Mine lasted a little over an hour and I remember the interviewer being very attentive to my responses (and would ask followup questions).
