It was very informative and consistent. The people were people I could see myself working with. They presented a laid back environment where people communicate and work together effectively. The culture was inviting for someone with a family. The first interview was a phone interview to gauge my education and technical skills, the second and final interview was in person to see if their would be a personality fit with the team. I was notified each step of the process in the time frame promised. Advice: know what you are applying for and research anything you don't know that was in the job description...and refresh anything you might have forgotten. Be yourself - faking your way in never ends well.
