Entretien
There were 3 stages to the recruitment process. The first one included an online assessment, the second was a telephone interview and the third was an assessment day in their Newcastle office where we were given individual and group tasks to complete.

On the phone interview: Give us an example of a customer complain you faced at your previous position and how you handled it.
