Firstly i must say i had one of the most enjoyable interviews ever with BA. They made the whole process a pleasant experience !
At the beginning of the day i had to do the safety checks, making sure we could reach the overhead lockers, then holding on to a vertical bar with my right hand, i had to reach down with my left hand and touch a tag near my right foot - you can squat slightly to do this. BEWARE if you are under 5"2 don't bother applying they won't let you go any further than this stage as you have to be this height for health & safety reasons.
Next was the role play - you get a few mins to read out sheet with a situation with a customer, then an assessor will come in and you have to read everything on that sheet aloud, then for 2 mins she will play the customer who is not happy - this is just to see that you have good customer skills, that you remain calm & confident and all you want is to make this customer happy onboard.
Following this was a group discussion - i loved this bit - i was in a group of 5 and we were being watched to see how well we interacted as a team, you will forget that your being watched. Make sure you speak clearly and that your heard, try and include quieter people, praise people for their input, don't forget about being culturally sensitive too.
After this Stage 1 was over and half the group got sent home.
We then had a 2 : 1 interview, which the below questions were asked. Try to be yourself, they want to see the true you!
Also throughout the day try and interact with all people there, as they don't want quiet shy people.... good luck!

A long day, but assessors helped us feel at ease throught the process. The two interviewers had different styles which helped the interview flow. The wait for an offer was the most nerve-racking part.
