Interviews were good. But the hiring process was among the messiest I've ever seen. It seemed like everyday there was a change somewhere (Hiring manager, recruiter, timeline,...). Everytime the process approached the end they add another interview or another step. The recruiters lack of communication is mind boggling and in the end they just ghosted me and ignored my follow ups, and that's after 4 interviews + screening over 2.5 months which shows lack of respect to my investment in this opportunity. All in all by far my worst hiring experience of my life.
