Require 2x rounds of interviews. If you get through the first interview you get offered a second interview. Each interview comprises 3 sections:
- Personal fit (10-15min) e.g., "tell me about a time you..."; "why do you want to be in consulting and why this firm?"
- Case (30-40min)
- Questions (10min) - interviewee can ask interviewer questions they have about firm / anything else appropriate

You apply through website. They then screen your application. You get invited to case study preparations, where they prepare you for the interview and let you ask questions. Then you have your case interviews. The interviews consist of fit interviews and then the actual case. That’s as far as I got.

Their HR does a very good job at guiding you through the process. Once you passed to the Final round, they will allow you to ask for feedback from Previous round of Case Study Interview
