The process was very long, but clear since the beginnging. There were 4 interviews (2 rounds) including business case and personal questions. The first 2 interviews are with managers and the last 2 are with partners. However, even the partners do business case

Was medium difficulty has a lot of brainstorming and analytical elements
Required quick thinking structuring and deep analysis to really ace it easily
Practice is def mandatory and failure to do so will lead to failure
