Several stages: GMAT type questions, writing test (+presentation), interviews with consultants, principalss and partners. The recruiting team has contacted me before the case interviews and explained the structure of the interviews and shared some tips. Overall, pleasant experience. BCG website shares all the information needed to succeed at the interview.

Was medium difficulty has a lot of brainstorming and analytical elements
Required quick thinking structuring and deep analysis to really ace it easily
Practice is def mandatory and failure to do so will lead to failure
