The interview process was pretty straightforward. There was a prescreening call and then two following interviews, 2 rounds each. They were typical case study interviews, and while they were interested in learning more about me and asking behavioral questions they were definitely focused on the case studies.

Cv screening, then 1st interview with cogkitive test and two cases. 2nd round two new cases then offer. First round wirh mid level associates. 2nd round you do with more senior employees. I didn’t get through to the second round.
