The first round interview - two interviews - standard half an hour fit questions (CV, experience, my strengths) and 25 min case plus few questions of my own about working in BCG. First interview, the lady was very strict and kept a distance - very professional, did not really try to make me feel comfortable, she was challenging me on every single detail of my answer. The case - how would you improve profitability of ATMs? She did not try to help or guide me at all. Second interview - more relaxed, the interviewer was approachable - standard fit questions - why should i hire you? what is your biggest strength? why consulting and BCG? Case - importing electricity from abroad or build a new factory.
