This review is for BCG's "social impact" arm called BrightHouse. I received an email from an HR person more than three months after I submitted my original application. After an initial phone screening with her (which was quite pleasant), I was scheduled to speak with two senior managers via Skype. The first of these two employees was clearly completely distracted during our video chat. It was as if she was reading notes someone was holding up in an office window, and was blatantly obvious that I she was not only not paying attention to anything I said, but also completely disengaged. The same went for my conversation with second senior manager. She couldn't figure out how to get on Skype, so we finally got on the phone. It took her almost 20 minutes to ask to move to phone, and she wasn't willing to re-schedule or extend, so I only got ten minutes with her. Completely unprofessional and disappointing. I never received any follow-up from HR.
