Submitted my CV to a BCG Project Leader directly, and heard back a few days later for a phone interview. Asked some motivational questions about why consulting, what kind of relevant experiences I had, and few behaviroal questions as well. The case question was actually very short one - basically asked me a question about a procurement industry, and asked what kind of factors I would consider within the industry .
