Entretien
There are 4 interviews. 1st one is interview with recruiter. 2nd and 3rd ones are technical interviews and Final one is cultural fit. I passed the first interview and invited for second interview. I started to prepare for second interview since this is involved with Case study. Today recruiter called and mentioned that they have recruited another candidate who was already in the process for 1 month and it is fair to recruit him.
This reason backfired me a lot. For recruitment , it can be like manufacturing process and they ensure that they are working or occupying themselves. I applied for the same vacancy two times earlier but got rejected. But for candidates they have to waste energy and time. Most of the negative feedback for interviews came from unethical practices of HR recruitment. I am not sure whether to take Booking.com interviews seriously.
