They highly prioritise candidates who have had AB testing experience. Second interview is called the Craft Interview - with 2 Data Scientists. They asked me about one of my projects, in detail. I wasn't prepared for this tbh (the level to which they asked me). This was followed by a business case interview specific to booking.
