But there were several drawbacks: - the engineers doing the technical interviews should be handpicked to be ones with solid communication and social skills, as some of them were quite awkward and grumpy and do not put candidates at ease. - you go through 3 rounds of coding exercises and if you perform perfectly in two out of three, all of the results are just discarded. (apparently that means you don't know how to code) - the scheduling was all over the place, and there was a lack of communication (interviews rescheduled last minute and at odd times)
