They usually promote from within; the senior account managers will interview you; you will have an answer within a week; they won't hire based on technical skills; it's more about who will kiss their butts the most

I applied online and received an email asking for a phone interview within 2 weeks. The phone interview lasted about an hour and included several questions, about my cv, experience, what would I do if..., what are my plans concerning my career,etc. I was called for an on site interview at the Athens, Greece office within 1 week. Two people (both Senior Account managers) interviewed me. After the questions on my cv, they kept positioning me in difficult situations and asking what I would do. The interview lasted almost an hour. After that I was contacted that I wasn't chosen for the next phase.
