It was mostly done over the phone. There were 2 interview levels. Initial interview then a call back. It was a fairly easy process and I felt comfortable with it.

Showed up and went to a back room. Very informal interview, it was more like a chat. Asked basic questions "Why did you choose to apply at Best Buy" etc. Aced the interview and got offered a job on the spot. Unfortunately, they only wanted me to work 4 hours a week.

Online interview through indeed. Was made to wait 2 hours past start time. Sat there twiddling my thumbs. Very unprofessional. Delay was due to large volume of applicants due to the city's very high unemployment rate.
