Very easy, they were very nice! don't stress about it too much! I found the questions very situational and straightforward. I didn't take the job but I would love to work here if I get the chance in the future

Phone interview then in person interview. They asked basic questions about what you know related to technology, then asked more about your customer service skills and how you would handle certain situations like an angry customer.
