Tell me about a time you saw someone do something unsafe what happened and what did you do about it.
I had a phone interview plus an in-person sit down with GM. It was professional and I was treated with respect. They took into account my military experience. The GM liked my positive attitude and wanted me to inject that into the customer service area.
