Relaxed nature, yet thorough in questioning. The recruitment team communicated brilliantly throughout. Quick process overall, only took about 2 weeks. Screening, first round, second round, (bonus) third round with the team and then offer.
The interview process was straight forward. The five you 2-4 interviews depending on your experience and the level of skill needed for the position. It was one of the better processes I have been in.

Online interviews through Microsoft office. More behavioral questions than anything, not much about hard skills. Asked about work ethic and how to handle difficult situations.Also asked about previous experience that would be relevant to position.
