Asked a bunch of simple questions and some scenarios dealing with customer service such as “what do you do in your spare time?”, “what would you do if a customer is not satisfied?”, and etc.
The interview process for the retail job will include multiple stages such as initial screening, in-person interviews assessing customer service skills, situational judgment tests, and possibly a role-playing scenario to evaluate candidate's ability to handle various customer interactions effectively.
