Couldn’t make it to the interview process because the algorithm determined I was not a good candidate within seconds of apply. The crazy part is that my education and work experience matched exactly what they were asking for and exceeded it in all other areas.

There is a questionnaire at the end of the application, I think that is one of the determining factor of who get to make it to the interview portion.
It was done on Zoom and the interviewer asked about my background and why I was interested in the position. Furthermore, they talked about what skills are needed in this job and asked me how I would meet those skills.
