Entretien
I applied online. Suprisingly got a call back a week and a half later.I was asked several questions about my hours and interest in the job. I was told to come in two days. Went in 10 minutes early and waited for 5. The interviewer to me to a side room and there was a guy doing paper work but the interviewer told him he could stay. It was really akward. The interviewer was very impersonal. She never established eye contact, read only from a sheet of notes, and asked situational question about some situations I have been in. She asked no personal questions. I was so mad that I started to blankout on my responses. I had two interviews prior to that and this was by far the worst one. She told me I would get a call back later that day if I was hired. I recieved no call back.

Entretien
Was not hard. Asked simple behavioural questions and wanted to grasp if I could handle high-pressured environments to be able to handle work on days such as Black Friday. Mostly just talked about my past experience in retail!
It wasn’t bad at all. It was just a few quick questions about my past experience and whether or not I would be able to work part or full time, stuff like that.
