The In person interview was with supervisors and managers present. The interview was a Short process, and I found out result of the interview on site on that same day.

You get called in a for a interview, and somethings they ask you a few questions over the phone, and then they schedule an interview with the supervisor. If that goes well, you speak to the assistant manager, and then the store manager. The store manger is the top guy at the store and makes the final decision.

Pretty easy interview. There should be two interviews. One with the department manager and then one with the general manager in the upcoming days. I received the offer from over the phone.

Describe a time you had to make a difficult decision at work
3 interviews. all easy. first one with direct supervisor, second one with assistant manager, third one with the general manager. all interviews were no more than 30 minutes. Dressed casual, recieved an offer on the same day as the last interview. Started working within 1 or 2 weeeks
