Received a call with some pre-screening questions regarding availability and coming in for an interview.
Went into the store and met with 2 team leads who were really friendly and lively. The interview was more informal and very customer service experienced based (know your STAR method!).
You're supposed to hear back after 2 days to set up a meeting with the manager. Did not hear back because I tanked the situations - cannot come up with things on the spot especially if you do not have specific customer experience.
