The interviews were pretty straight forward. The contacted me by phone and asked screening questions. Then they flew me out and I too a battery of tests. These included a 1:1, panel, presentation, IQ test and more. Friendly, and doable, but a little tough. The HR staff were nice and through out the while interview process they kept me at ease. The put a lot of emphasis on translating experience (academic, work) into corporate performance. Of course, the standard HR questions were there too, but it was not a grueling experience.
