Mostly it is behavioral followed by standard interview-type questions. Follow up with some more technical questions and then wrap up interview with any questions comments or concern for the interviewer

Phone interview initially then an in-person interview at the location. There were basic questions to highlight the resume. There were some questions based on the job and some about inclusivity.
