Standard, formatted review with the same questions for every applicant. If you arrive early, they will still make you wait 30+ minutes for EVERY interview because they are never on time.
Few questions asked mainly wants know if you are able to sell products while practicing their values. First interview is with the team lead or supervisor and then usually a second interview with the assistant manager or general manager.
Pretty typical interview questions. Show a lot of leadership potential and willingness to learn and lead others. Dress to impress and if applying from within the company, know your metrics.

Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer.
10 person panel interview with a 1 hr interview process. The panel consisted of managers from different store locations. It then took 5 days to hear back the results and decision of the team.
